Center for Independent Futures

Center for Independent Futures (CIF) is a non-for-profit organization that helps individuals with disabilities achieve fuller and more indepedent lives. 

CIF works in collaboration with families across the Chicagoland area, planning and creating sustainable futures for its participants.

Each spring, the organization hosts an annual fundraising gala called 'SPARK!'. CIF premiered this documentary short at the event in 2015, celebrating the story of a participant named Jonathan Shuman/
